RAMBAN : Free immunity boosting medicines were today distributed by Department of Indian System of Medicine, AYUSH, Ramban here in the villages of Chareel, Kanthigali, Tethar, Paristan, Sumbad, Tanger and adjoining areas.
The AYUSH team also sensitized them about the importance of Covid Appropriate Behaviour.
As per the District Nodal Officer AYUSH, Dr. Sanjay Chadha, over 753 immunity boosting kits of 6 Medicines were distributed among the villagers including 567 at AYUSH dispensary Tanger.
Nodal Officer Immunity boosting, Dr. Masood Iqbal Zarger delivered a lecture on the importance of immunity boosting Ayurvedic and Unani drugs. He also sensitized the participants about importance of Yoga in daily life besides significance of following Covid protocols in preventing spread of Covid infections.
The Doctor also urged people to take their children in the 15-17 years age group to the nearest Covid Vaccination Centres to take vaccine doses, which is the only option to prevent them from deadly infection.
