Two absconders evading arrest since the lodge of FIR arrested by sub division RS Pura Jammu

 

Jammu: Two absconders namely Nazir S/O Shafi R/O Kadyal RS Pura and Milkha S/O Amru R/O Gahti , Kathua  evading in case FIR No 91/2020 of PS RS Pura and case FIR No 46/1996 US 457/380 IPC of PS Bishnah  respectively got arrested by police teams of sub division RS Pura Jammu

The teams were led by SHO PS RS Pura Inspr Jai Pal Sharma and SHO PS Bishnah Inspr Vinod Kumar under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan.

It is pertinent to mention that a warrant under section 512 CrPC ( now 299 CrPC) was registered against the accused. Both the accused were produced in the Hon’ble court of concerned magistrates.
