Udhampur: On the eighth day of the Premier League organized by Progressive Youth Forum at Raja Ram Singh Stadium in Ramnagar, in the first match, Basantgarh defeated Dalsar Cricket Club, in the second match, Basantgarh defeated Corey Guys Cricket Club and in the third match, Basantgarh defeated Friends Cricket Club Ramnagar. On Tuesday, former Ramban MLA Neelam Lageh was the chief guest.
This cricket tournament is organized by Progressive Youth Forum and sponsored by UMT team of Ramnagar.
On this occasion, former Ramban MLA Neelam Lageh appealed to the players and the youth and called upon the youth to stay away from drugs and substances by showcasing the talent present within them. And through sports competitions, the youth Called upon the youth to create a drug-free society by showcasing the talent present within themselves and towards sports and participation in Dogra cultural dance programs.
On this occasion, SHO Ramnagar Sohan Singh, Advocate Pawan Dev Singh, Advocate Anoop Singh Vikcy Singh Bandral, Suram Singh and others were present.
