JAMMU: Shrnaya Sharma, a talented student from Birla Open Minds International School (BOMIS) is set to showcase her prowess in skating at School Games Federation India (SGFI) event taking place in Ranchi, Jharkhand from February 12 to 21, 2024.
Shrnaya, a dedicated student of Class XI, has demonstrated exceptional skill and passion for skating, earning her a coveted spot in the SGFI for the 2023-24 academic year. She has qualified for the State District Level Championship and has made her place for the upcoming SGFI. The skating competition in which Shrnaya will be participating is categorized for individuals above 17 years.
School’s Principal Aparana Kohli expressed her enthusiasm for her participation in the event. She stated, “Shrnaya’s dedication and commitment to her passion for skating embodies the spirit of excellence we strive for at BOMIS. We are confident that she will not only make us proud but also inspire her peers with her achievements.”
