Firing case solved by Police station Satwari Jammu

 

One accused arrested

Jammu: In a major breakthrough Jammu Police in Seohra area has arrested an accused involved in firing incident.

Giving details, SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli said "An information was received at PS Satwari through reliable sources that a scuffle took place at Seohra village in which a person namely Ashwani charak S/o Madan lal R/o Karan nagar Jammu fired with his pistol, due to which two persons got bullet injuries. Injured persons were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.The injured persons were identified as :

 1. Jagdish giri S/o Mohal lal R/o seohra Jammu

2. Bhushan giri S/o Mohan lal R/o Billawar

In this regard a case FIR No 28/2022 u/s 307 IPC 3/25 IA Act got registered at PS Satwari and investigation started.

SSP Jammu further said that special teams were constituted under SDPO South Sachit Sharma comprising of SHO PS Satwari Inspr Sameer Jeelani, who reached on the spot, analysed the scene of crime and rounded up the accused at the suspected places.The arrest was made under the supervision of SP City South Deepak Digra. The  accused arrested has been identified as:

Ashwani charak s/o Madan lal R/o Karan nagar Jammu

Further investigation of the case is going on.
