One Bootlegger arrested
Jammu: In an act of alertness and prompt action, police party of PS Domana constituted by SDPO Domana Sunil Singh and led by SHO PS Domana Inspr Mahesh Sharma assisted I/C PP Pounichak PSI Nitish Khajuria while on patrolling duty in Santra Morh area under the jurisdiction of PS Domana, rounded up a suspect namely Suraj Prakash S/o Munshi Ram R/o Ghou Manhasan who were selling illicit liquor in the area. During search, 40 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered from them.
On this case FIR No 50/2022 U/s 48(a) Excise Act got registered at PS Domana and accused got arrested.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
