Three Gamblers arrested, and stake money Rs 1,95, 000 recovered by Police station City Jammu

 

Jammu: In an act of alertness and prompt action, agile police team of PS City headed by SHO PS City Inspr Rakesh Sharma assisted by PSI Gurvinder Singh while on patrolling duty received an information regarding some persons gambling in the area under jurisdiction of PS City. On this police teams raided at the said place and caught three gamblers along with Rs 1,95,000 of stake money.

 On this, a case case FIR No.19/2022 U/S 3/4 Gambilng act got registered at PS City and accused got arrested. The accused arrested have been identified as:

1) Govind Singh S/O Lt. Sardar Tejinder Singh R/O Partap garh Jammu

 2) Abhimanyu Gupta S/O Lt. Rajinder Kumar Gupta R/O Peermeetha Jammu

 3) Karan Gandotra S/O Lt. Naresh Gandotra R/O Partap Garh Jammu

The overall arrests and recoveries were made under the supervision of SDPO North Sharad Kalu.

Further investigation of the case is going on.
